DeFINING LEADERSHIP AMONG GENERATIONS

The success of any family business depends more on the quality of its leaders. In particular, the success of any generational transition is tied to the ability of leaders from both the senior and junior generations to work together to lead the transition effectively. Our Leadership Development services are designed to strengthen this critical component of family businesses, and our work involves both family and non-family leaders.

Our Leadership Development consulting services are designed to strengthen this essential component of family businesses. In other family businesses, we focus on strengthening the skills of the new generations so that they can assume leadership positions within the company or in the circle of owners.

Our consulting and leadership services programs include:

  • Leadership assessment and mentoring.

  • The Leadership Assessment and Coaching program is designed to promote the professional growth of the managerial elite of the family business.

  • The program begins with a comprehensive individual assessment using our proprietary FBSG 360 for Family Business Leaders tool. The results of the evaluation are used to create an exclusive development plan for each participant, and carry out personalized executive mentoring, with a view to increasing the effectiveness of the leaders.
